Returns

Eligibility

  • Before paying money, you must open the package and look at the feet, if you don’t look at the shoes while the delivery man is there, there is no chance to change the shoes later.

    Note: Shoes soaked in water will not be covered under warranty. {টাকা দেওয়ার আগে অবশ্যই প্যাকেট খুলে পায়ে পরে দেখে নিবেন, ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় জুতা দেখে না নিলে পরবর্তীতে জুতা পরিবর্তনের কোন সুযোগ নেই।

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Process

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged.

  4. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  5. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within e.g., 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
